Results

Here are the results of the Team roles test available on my site, which is similar to the professional Belbin Test you can take at Belbin.com. The graphs are results compiled 1st February 2008. The total number of participants is 30, and I have broken it down by age groups and primary and secondary roles.

As you look at the results it is worth remembering that it is normal for your primary and secondary roles to change over the life of your career as your experience changes and your work and position changes.

NOTICE:

The test on this site (currently unavailable) is not a 'Belbin team roles' test. This site must not be confused with the official site Belbin.com. The test offered on veebs.com is is a free test available to give people a rough idea about what sort of personality traits you may have, but it is no subsitute to a professionally designed test.

Primary Team Roles

Primary group roles results graph

From the above graph it is clear to see that the majority of people 35 and over are classed as Co-ordinators (with Team worker and Plant following suit). The spread of roles is a lot narrower then at younger age brackets. This may be down to the types of people who are likely to take this test online.

Secondary Team Roles

Secondary group roles results graph

The secondary team roles show that once again people 35 and over are restricted to two roles, team worker and shaper. Surprisingly for me the majority of Finishers are under 25 years old. Maybe that is becuase the people under 25 are likely to be studying which promotes this property.
